Tren Flavor untuk Produk Minuman

Kenikmatan suatu produk minuman tak bisa dilepaskan dari peran flavor yang dimilikinya. Sebuah pengalaman yang unik bagi penulis ketika mendapat suguhan minuman di negara tetangga, yakni minuman yang diseduh dari bubuk kopi instan produksi perusahaan multinasional yang penulis kenal, tetapi sangat berbeda kenikmatannya dengan minuman kopi instan merek sama, yang penulis seduh sendiri di negara tersebut atau Indonesia? Ternyata, kopi itu dibuat di negara lain dan khusus diimpor karena disukai konsumen setempat walau perusahaan yang sama juga memproduksi produk sejenis di dalam negeri. Hal yang lumrah bagi perusahaan multinasional untuk mendiversifikasi pasar.
